Emotional/Spiritual Properties*:
A focus adaptogen, the menthol like flavourings bring a more powerful breath into the lungs, expanding them outwards and upwards, meanwhile the willow like hanging of the branches seems to wrap around you, and bring you in to their gently stirring folds.
I have found that the peppermint tree speaks very clearly to one, it is strongly allied with the wind element and deeply encouraging of one’s vocalization in alignment with the grand song of existance. The peppermint tree can teach one how to be more available to the moment, in this way it is a focus adaptogen, aligning even the posture. I have found that if one is clairaudient (hears messages/receives guidance and insight in worded format), then the peppermint tree can increase the length of message one is able to receive, going from say two or three word downloads, to short paragraphs. At the same time, the peppermint tree allays self-righteousness and/or the pride that can develop around being given access to information from ‘higher places’, it does this by grounding one in to deeper peace, and opening the heart in to compassion for the all.
