Spagyric Tincture formulation of: Lemon Balm, Borage, Passionflower, Chamomile and Valerian

Intended Effects*:
Good medicine for the end of a long day. This medicine helps one to breathe a full sigh of relief, perfect for use when it is time to wind down. It contains a mix of five herbs that balance each other out temperature wise; Lemon Balm is cooling, Borage, Passionflower and Chamomile are more or less neutral, and Valerian has some warmth to it. All herbs influence the nervous system, reducing pain signaling, with Chamomile mineralizing the nerves and Borage and Lemon Balm working as trophorestoratives there. Passionflower helps a tangled mind to unwind. Valerian in combination with Borage helps to bring a gentle warmth and moisture to the lungs, so they may breathe a fuller and easier breath, which is ideal for the time of day when one can really tune into their breath as a way to wind down.

Cautions/contraindicatios:
-May interact with SSRI’s, benzodiazepines and blood thinners
