Spiritual Properties*: 
Centring. If there was only one word used to describe this mushroom, it would be centring. It enables tenacity, but also the tendency to pause before embarking on addressing those issues. Ens preparations are a type of alchemical procedure involving menstruum made from purified fire-ash salt and due. 100% alcohol is used to complete the extraction. The dose for ens medicines combined with water decoctions is normal 7-12 drops but for pure Ens medicines only 3-7 drops are necessary.
This product option is a combination of a Chaga Ens preperation with a chaga decoction. 

Contraindications:
-Anticoagulants: Taking Chaga mushroom along with anticoagulant drugs or blood thinners may thin the blood too much and may thus make excessive bleeding a possibility. Some anticoagulants include: Warfarin, cyclosporine etc.
